About us

A small crew that starts in the attic

Claudette Michaud started the company because the same farmhouse eave kept growing the same ice every February, and nobody looked in the attic.

Today she and six on the crew work on capes, farmhouses and the dormers that go with them around Bangor. The person who looks in your attic is the person who writes up what they saw.

  • You meet the person who writes the estimate

  • The crew lead who runs your job is named on the contract

  • One phone number, and the people who answer it are the people who come

The crew

Who you will meet

  • Claudette Michaud

    Owner, attic and ventilation lead

Does the attic check herself on every visit and writes the estimate from what she finds there. Answers the winter leak line most mornings.

  • Armand Levesque

    Crew lead, re-roofing

Runs the re-roofing crew on capes and farmhouses. Ties off before anyone steps onto the roof, and stops a tear-off when the weather turns.

  • Ibrahim Camara

    Crew lead, vents and flashing

Cuts in the intake and ridge vents, fits the baffles and flashes the chimneys. Also leads the steaming crew when a dam can't wait.

  • Roland Soucy

    Estimator and scheduler

Books the visits, builds the written estimate and keeps the schedule honest when the snow moves it.
